Submitting Your Work to Us

There are three ways you can submit your work: email, facsimile, and standard post.

Submitting guidelines:

We will return your work via standard mail or e-mail (whichever you prefer). All audiotapes, CDs, memory sticks, orginal documentation, and so on, will be returned.

Don't forget to include a suitable self-addressed, stamped envelope for returning your work. If none is supplied then we'll assume you wish us to arrange delivery and add a delivery charge to your invoice.

Please indicate on all submitted jobs the following information:

• Customer's name, address, and contact details including telephone numbers and e-mail address
• Total word count (found in Microsoft Word, under 'tools')
• The type of service required (such as editing)
• Description of submitted work (such as manual for software)
• How work is to be returned (such as e-mail or standard mail)
• Payment method (such as cheque sent to our postal address)
• Any additional information that you think might be beneficial.

This information will help us to give you an accurate quote and deadline.

* No service can begin until payment has been received.

Documents can be edited in Microsoft Word (track changes) or on hard copy.

Payments

We accept payments by credit card, cheque, money order, wire transfer and PayPal.

Please make cheques/money orders to Broad Editing and Services.
